Im not sure if this is the right forum, but I was rewatching the series and I noticed in Episode 2 of Season 1 when Bobby and Mike are making that drug deal with Leo, Bobby sees a man off behind Leo in the woods.
My girlfriend and I are obsessed with this show and her theory is that it’s one of the Renault brothers, but I just wanted to see if anyone could confirm.
not sure if this has been answered but if not then theories anyone/or did I miss something?

If I remember correctly, visually it was supposed to be Bernard Renault. In script form, I believe it was intended to be Benjamin Horne.
