Sorry, if that already been asked, but did anyone decipher what Ike's palm is moaning?
And why the hell was that?
My immediate thought was that Ike is the next Mike (as an explanation to why the Arm screamed "Squeeze his hand off" in ep7).

I think The Arm (which came through while Cooper was disarming Ike) was simply telling him how to effectively put his enemy away so he can move on to bigger things (like killing DoppleDale). And I think the moaning was just Dale's link to the Black Lodge and nothing more.
But observation is subjective, of course.
