Close up of BadCoop's fingerprint card....canon has it that cooper was born April 19th, 1954...I know because April 19th is my bday as well...

Technically, wasn't Evil Cooper born in 1989? He came out of the lodge then, so that's when he came into existence in terms of the "real" world?
