I had a hard time interpreting the conversation in final scene between the two young women at the roadhouse. Who were they, and what were they saying? Any ideas? I'm clueless.
From the credits they are Chloe and Ella...
Ella had a rash that is bothering her and she is also obviously a drug addict who lost her job because she showed up high...
they talk about a 'zebra"....and a "penguin" but i believe the conversation is purposely meaningless.... we will find out.... everything that has been said or that has happened and the Bang Bang Bar so far makes no sense...like we are supposed to know who these people are or what the hell they are talking about

two girls are taking void/life and how you appear in response to this basic 'atomic explosion' as a joke, laughing at it, enjoying the pain, using it for cheap thrill, etc., logic of BOB; second song takes it serious

I dunno but it's her left arm. The same arm Phillip Gerard ripped clean off.
The sound created when she scratched the rash I think is meant to recall information related in the red room in an early episode- "I am (something) and I sound like this". It sounded familiar, but I don't remember what it was supposed to be.
Zebra & Penguin are probably Chinese Designer Drugs.

Problems with a sick left arm(remember BOB and Mike both had fire walk with me tatooed on their arm, but when pressed Mike traumatically admitted it really means 'MOM'). Left arm deals with a sort of excess/surplus of profit/enjoyment via dealing with void and being able to be 'outside' of the law, infinite affirmation, exceptional stuff, etc.,while right arm is more about consciously asserted reality, stable reality, etc.(dougie is trying to hide his left arm, like Mike who cut his off) thus is led around by reality, cannot really intervene, and when he did(checking out girl after guaranteed by the flag/stable reality/existing america, etc.), it almost went right back to electricity/destruction/change of reality(outlet, destroying 'home' and Janey E, etc.).
The girl with the rash is too close to the left arm, laughing at zebra and penguin( since both of these are black and white, colors of being and nothing, void and life, becoming out of nothing etc.). Thus the girl is engaged only in excessive enjoyment, it is nothing special but the only thing there is since law/reality is a joke, just take drugs, become a prostitute, etc., its all laughs for them, contrary to the second song. Zebra and penguin may be drugs, would definitely fit, but black and white aspect is also crucial. Left arm becomes diseased, the excessive and exception is the everyday, no longer exception, everything is void outside law, etc., slow decay, boring, repetitive cycle of terror/sleep, like in today's capitalism which needs to be authoritarian to survive(for reasons I wont go into here), terrorists attacks are like a national party, give authority to criminals/billionaires who suspend the law, then sleep and wait for the next terror perversion, while the world slowly decays into more violence, perversions, unacceptable conditions, no law, rights, permanent terror war, etc.
Side note - "Bang Bang Bar Chicks" would be a cool name for a band.

He was talking about to blondes 15 yo. I don't think they were them, I believe these ones are related to Richard Horne in some way (he might be the penguin or the zebra).
