Note that the print out rolled up in the tube is the same one the Major brought to Dale after the Log Lady told him to "deliver the message". But that printout says ...cooper/cooper/cooper...

In the small cutout section, the third "cooper" is cut off avout halfway through. Hmmm...

Dougie isn't anything, not now.  Or at least, he was reduced to a small gold pearl, or similar, back in the red room.

Seemingly created as a decoy for bad Coop, so I guess he has some similarity to the real thing, at least enough to fool the lodge guys for the time when bad Coop was due to return.

I guess "Half Cooper" would be as good a description as anything.

Keep in mind the one walking around in Vegas is the real Coop.

The original page says COOPER at least 4 times and we also see the beginning of a 5th one that is cut off screen. The message Briggs delivers to Bobby and company is the same page cut off to show only 2 coopers (and then half a cooper more), intentional for Hawk to think of the two Coopers.

Off topic: wouldn't it be awesome if we got a spin-off series starring Kyle and Naomi called "Two and a Half Coops"

Yep, I immediately watched the original 'The owls are not what they seem' scene - and there's definitely 4 and the start of a fifth.  The Major's clue would deliberately seem to point to 2-and-a-bit Coopers.
