We saw that the A Bomb test created (or allowed) Bob into this world.
Are we to assume that the same happened with Mike and that the A bomb allowed him earthly existence? Remember that Mike worked with Bob until the former found god.
Just a thought - we've not seen any backstory of Mike yet.
