Tammy was actually voiced by James Morrison's "24" co-star Annie Wershing, whom I would like to have seen on this season of "Twin Peaks". James did have to voice the Archivist since that actor had passed away.

Yeah, don't worry too much about it: TSHoTP is more about all the little pieces of information and the faux-documents than it is about the "mysterious" identity of the Archivist (which, in all honesty, becomes pretty obvious way before the actual reveal).
