Mr. C - rapist?

I got a strong impression that Mr. C raped Diane when he visited her at her house.  She was so distraught over their meeting, something horrible clearly happened.

Also, I'm sure this has been discussed before, but it's possible that Mr. C raped Audrey while she was in a coma following the bank explosion, thus giving the world the evil Richard Horne.

Thoughts?

Quite possible and this show has never shied away from difficult or sensitive subjects. They certainly seem to be leading us in that direction and heavily implying such things.

However, now that I've seen similar theories a couple times, it seems too obvious.

Something else that his been bugging me regarding this issue:

If Mr C had shown up and raped Diane, then wouldn't she have likely told Gordon that is WAS Dale in there because that would have been the Dale she last remembered and would've made the greatest impact. Instead she says that it's not him and she knows it in her heart.

At first I thought the exact same thing about Mr C & Diane.  But then after her convo with Gordon, I just wasn't so sure anymore.

As for Audrey..... NO IDEA what happened there.  Its the first time she has even been mentioned and it is very creepy that Mr. C was seen coming out of her hospital room while she was in a coma.

Well we know Bob is a rapist so if BadCoop and Bob are occupying the same vessel then yes he is a rapist.

I think he did something far worse to Diane.  What exactly I'm not sure

I wrote a missive about this in another thread along similar lines most recently to Brandy and Zack's responses to the notion of Mr C being a rapist. As for Audrey, hmmm, that's another story...

But if Mr. C sexually assaulted Diane, and she reported it to the FBI and wasn't believed, it would explain her anger towards the FBI.

Regarding coma-Audrey, I think it's only obvious if you are a fan and go on forums and discuss like crazy. 😉
There's a lot of things I would never have noticed if I hadn't read what other people thought.

EvilCoop raping comatose Audrey in her hospital bed, resulting in her conceiving Richard seems to be a far-fetched theory. However, if it's proven to be true, it's another evidence on how sadistic and brutal EvilCoop (and the BOB inside of him) could have become 🙁

It's entirely possible.  I wouldn't put anything past the Black Lodge incarnations or whatever you want to call them.

On the other hand, I would  never venture to say anything in this show is exactly "obvious."

I agree.  I haven't seen anything that would suggest something so far-fetched.  All we know is that Doc Hayward took Coop to the hospital and that he sneaked out of the hospital an hour later.  He said that it was possible that he was looking in on Audrey, but intensive care units are usually well-staffed and it's unlikely that his presence would have gone unnoticed.

I think this as well. It was loosely implied. Her reaction when seeing Mr. C. was so intense that you have to think he assaulted in some way more than him just being a dick. And when Dr. Hayward said he saw Coop leaving ICU probably visiting Audrey, my mind immediately went to rape.  I can't imagine it being anything else. The Black Lodge foes are all about rape, torture, murder, etc.

I don't know... I think Mr. C is capable of anything. We've already seen him remorselessly murder at least three people this season. To think that he is above raping someone... especially knowing Bob is with him... is what seems far-fetched to me. I will not be surprised if he raped both Audrey and Diane... I'll actually be surprised if he didn't. A lot more Bob than Cooper in Mr. C, and Bob is in it for the pain and suffering.

I second your observations. And I'm sure we'll see him assaulting and murdering his way throughout the remainder of the series. I think poor Ray who was introduced in the last episode would be his next victim 🙁

If Annie was still in the hospital, he could have visited her to silence what she knew.

Whatever happened between Diane and Mr.C or Dale, the fact that Cole asked Diane if there is something he should know implies she hasn't told him what happened that night.

Also why would she be so angry with all the FBI  agents? does this imply she confided in someone at the FBI but they did nothing about IT or didn't believe her?
