No disrespect to your theory, but that image could be anything.  It could be a reflection.  The features are not as stylized or detailed as the experiment/mother/Judy.  It is not very clear either.  Could be a case of pereidolia (seeing a face in inanimate objects) because we want to have closure.  I think if Lynch was going to put in a visual effect that is the climax of his finale, it would be well done.  It wouldn't be a blurry mass.  I do appreciate your effort in going frame by frame and trying some editing adjustments.

It can be artifact BUT my reaction was to this " and when you remove midtones as you have done". You should know I did nothing to see it. It is there in normal version. And after some brightness/contrast regulation it is only better to see. I don't remove anything to see it.

That's all. I don't  insist that there is anything. Topic was a question, but I got answers that suggested that there is something because I did something. It's a lie.

I did not intend my comments to be interpreted as calling you a liar.  I would never say that.  I was trying to explain that the filters you applied removed the midtones in the image.  I have a side business as a professional photographer, and I edit images all the time, but I don't consider it creating a false image.  You see the image differently because the digital editing affects the pixels.  I understand that you believe what you saw was purposely put in the window.  We can disagree, but I am not saying either one of our points of view is definitively correct.  I even said that if someone involved  in the production said you are right, I'd call it a great find.  I'm still of the opinion it is an artifact, or a reflection, or something else in the room.
