Haha so you can't prevent any danger 😉 Actually I'm 95% sure it's a owl, we see clearly 2 owl eyes and one beak in the upper right quadrant, put the luminosity of your screen at the maximum. it even says "coucou" ! haha so many fun with twin peaks!
I wonder why Lynch and frost moved away from owls in this season. Frost covers it in Secret History. Perhaps that's why.
