before she pulled the gun ... she said I'm in he sheriffs station ... a few times ... is she Naido?

Gobsmacked.

We still don't know who Judy is, but I think we are going to know very soon. Maybe Judy is Diane, but at this point I don't care.  This episode made me SO HAPPY.

Yes, but Diane -- the real Diane -- looks like Laura Dern. Cole and Albert weren't concerned about her because of her appearance, but because of how she behaved. So, the way Laura Dern looks is the way Diane looks.

That means that, whatever connection "Diane" and Naido may have, it's spiritual, not physical. Naido isn't a true tulpa of Diane, at least, not in the sense we've seen so far in Twin Peaks (where the tulpa looks like the real person).

And Dian is missing an "E" as in Janey-E, Diane's half sister.

She said that she sent the coordinates by the sheriff's station.  The coordinates to the portal.

Doh.  I'm sorry, but that's really funny - we've got a million & 1 theories, but nobody spotted that (apologies to anyone who did, maybe it's just me who is thick!) 
I've no idea what's actually right, but of all the complex suggestions, I like the idea of hiding in plain sight...

Maybe she's not a half sister but the other half of Diane?  Maybe Naido + Janey E = the real Diane???
