At the very end, right before the Lynch/Frost logo and the according electric crackling appears it sounds to me like there's a short voice recording hidden?

I took that first bit and tried to get rid of the noise, then speed it up a bit for the second and third version.
Sounds to me like sb saying "I am..." and then it get's indistinguishable but it might be "I am David"??? Or could it be "I am the" (Arm/FBI)?
Or am I starting to hear things and it is about time Season 3 comes to an end for me? 😉

pfff... no... I was wrong... it's the same sample 3 times... I thought the last one was something after the electric sound... I started some search for places that had those vowels or they sounded alike .... what a waste ... jejeje

If anything, to me it also sounds like sb saying "...sth...I am".
