This may have already been discussed/common knowledge but Diane's coordinates do lead to Kettle Falls, WA which is, I'm assuming, where Twin Peaks and more specifically the sheriffs station. Interesting though when you google Kettle Falls it is very similar to Twin Peaks and a big emphasis is placed on the ancient Native American history of the place.
