I would not be surprised if Dougie disappeared right there and then and gone back to the lodge. or the purple room or somewhere beyond our world and eventually come back at Jack Rabbits Palace tomorrow.

I mentioned it in another thread, but I suspect Dale's return would require a blood sacrifice.  I have alway felt doom was hovering over Janey-E and the boy.  Especially since that scene where Dougie weeps when looking at the boy.  Presentment, perhaps?

I am/was a bit concerned. I certainly did not see that coming. But in TP, even death is not always death. I doubt that he's dead like Steven dead.

They can't kill Sonny Jim.  I can't take it.  I know there have been lots of signs, but NO!

Maybe Dougie wept because somewhere inside he knew he wasn't a real father to the wonderful little boy, and he knew that he couldn't stay to watch him grow up.

Stephen: Dead. Or at least attempted to shoot himself. He was talking of doing that before the man scared Gersten ( probably drug paranoia ) and she hid behind the tree.

Coop: Not dead. TONS of people would be upset if they killed him off and Mr. C. with Bob is running around.

I've seen Sunset Blvd numerous times and somehow never noticed the presence of a Gordon Cole. The only explanation I can think of is that many of the viewings were before Twin Peaks, and that in subsequent viewings I tended to fast-forward through all but the critical scenes.

I think Sonny Jim has something to do with it all---when Dougie first meets him, he gives him a thumbs up.  Like the old waiter in the first season.  I have no idea though....but hope nothing bad happens to his "wife and kid".

He was dressed like the Cooper we all know and love.  That's a good sign he could be returning!

EDIT:  And I got the feeling that the death of Margaret might be a catalyst for Coop to wake up.  She said something about death not being the end but a change.  Kind of a stretch...but it seemed significant in that way.

What is really disturbing is that Chantal is hungry to play at her sadistic ritual killing. But I have a feeling that she will die next week, a nasty death. And hopefully without doing any harm to this "family ".

Is it possible to kill yourself with US house current? It's half our voltage for one thing, and I'd guess they have breakers on all the house wiring.

It would take a determined effort - and some knowledge of electrical wiring - to kill yourself here, at least in any house built in the last 30 odd years.  I'm guessing the Jones family home is quite new and with up to date wiring.

I agree.  Something is up with Sonny Jim.  And NO to killing him.

I said the same thing somewhere else.  I think it's time to say bye-bye to Chantal and Hutch.
