Great catch. Either a reflection or a flame we see through the glass in the door.
I believe there is also monkey chatter in the moments before we see the bar door.

It is hard to see, but I've circled it on the second pic. You can tell it is a reflection when she opens the door. It doesn't look like the same type of flame that Cooper saw in the casino.
