I'm hoping that Lynch and Frost don't rewrite that electricity pole's location. We all know it was in Deer Meadow, and we've seen it again and again in Season 3, but they haven't as of yet changed its location. So it HAS to still be in Dear Meadow.
I'm just wondering if I'm the only one here who noticed the "flashing" of that image...three times. Any significance of the "6-6-6" being conveyed there? Also notice above the "Cooper"s on the paper Briggs left behind that there's a 666 right above that? Definitely strange...

I am super cautious, because jumping into any serious attempt at "interpretation" with Lynch runs counter to many of his statements about his work — these are just some things my odd little mind has picked up on. It will sound SUPER insane, but it might be worth a read.
First, I should say that I've seen a few discussions of the numerology of Twin Peaks, and it's kinda fun. It's not a thing I take all that seriously, but as a parallel to the narrative I think that numbers and mathematics work in interesting ways.
You're spot on in noticing how the utility pole in the scene where the child is killed has the same numbers as we saw in FWWM at the Fat Trout Trailer Park (in Deer Meadow). As far as the location, the hit-and-run death is just outside of the Double R Diner (where Miriam just left after a meal and some coffees to go and witnessed Richard driving off) and the 'New' Fat Trout Trailer Park in Twin Peaks (Carl having moved back to his hometown, which is information we have from "The Secret History").
Now, some points of significance: we don't have a definitive location of Deer Meadow (where Teresa Banks was killed) in relation to Twin Peaks due to some discrepancies between the original series, FWWM, and "The Secret History," but we can safely assume that there is some distance between the two areas. I've already pointed out the 'New' Fat Trout Trailer Park as distinct from the one in FWWM, but what is really interesting goes back to the utility pole. Here's where I'm gonna get weird: we have seen the same numbers on this pole in FWWM, episode 3:06, and 3:14. 324810 (the numbers on the yellow polyethylene tags) is above a 6 (on the aluminum tag). 324810 is a weird number! Within recreational mathematics it is known as a Harshad number (sources http://numbermatics.com/n/324810/ and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harshad_number), and the graph in the first link fascinating because one of the conversations I've had with a friend throughout our viewing of this series has dealt with circles.
But getting back to the utility pole: each occurrence has been tied to travel between our reality and the other realms (for lack of a better term): Chet Desmond disappears near one in the trailer park in FWWM (Let's rock is written on his car), the "spirit" of the child killed by Richard ascends near one, and Andy is shown one by the Fireman. Each time we also not that far away from hearing an electric scratch.

Really interesting...I love the obsessive pattern-seeking/puzzle-solving mindset that Lynch films prompt...whether or not there's an actual, premeditated pattern or puzzle placed there or not!?

Good detective work. Regarding the above, we recall that on Agent Cooper's first night in Twin Peaks in the town hall he informed the assembly of the [Teresa Banks] murder which took place one year prior in a "small town in the southwest part of this state". As the crow flies, diagonally, you could approximate there is at a minimum 300 miles between Twin Peaks and Deer Meadow, since that's as close as he ever pinpointed DM. I like to think it's in the neighborhood of Mt. St. Helens. Why not.
I also like to think that 6 pole gets around some.
I noticed that in episode 14 during Andy's vision in the lodge, the pole flashed three times so that it showed 666, the mark of the beast. The other numbers are interesting, but that was the most obvious impression I took from it.

I live here so these locations (and the discrepancies) stand out to me.

I caught the three "flashings" of the 6 in Andy's vision as well. Usually TP sticks to its internal mythology with numbers, so that struck me as a bit more "obvious" than usual in terms of signifying big bad stuff, which makes it a curious thing.

I haven't seen the maps, only heard the log in the pilot, and I always assumed that TP was indeed right at the Canadian border and next to Idaho as well, basically close to Metaline (because otherwise, how could Ronette cross state lines by foot..?)
