Carel Struyken (Giant/???????) is a Dutchman. And he resides in 'not even a place'. As an Amsterdammer just thought I'd mention it. Mr. C heading for the White Lodge?

Good point, but that would be weird to take an actors nationality (esp. one that plays a spirit from the 5th dimension) and make that a plot point in the show.
We shall see tho, anything is possible after all!
