when hawk checks in on sarah, there's the sound of bottles falling over or something, and he asks if someone's there. she says no but that "something" is in the kitchen. what does that mean?! i'm going with the theory that sarah is perhaps possessed and the sound possibly the grocery clerk boy in some state of distress? anyone have other theories what "something" could mean?

I thought the grocery boy was in there unpacking. But the dual personality.....frogroach vs Sarah...did it sound like she said something backwards before she said dann sad story??
