Possible Secret Cast Members?

Being this far into the season, you know Lynch and Frost have some secrets up their sleeves for an insane conclusion. With that I pose a question:

Is it at all possible that actors not originally listed on the official cast list can still make an appearance without anyone knowing?

This includes David Bowie as Phillip Jeffries and Heather Graham as Annie Blackburn. Hell even Donna Hayward maybe. I feel like if Frost/Lynch wanted to avoid spoilers, this would be the way to do it. Imagine if David Bowie appeared as Phillip Jeffries in the next few episodes and blew everyone's minds. One can only hope. Is it possible?

I did find the lack of Annie strange. Although maybe after her short but horiffic adventure in Twin Peaks she went screaming back to the convent.

David Bowie was on death's door and finishing his final album while Twin Peaks Season 3 was filming. I don't expect to see him.

Where's Chet?

Ah, definitely forgot about Chet too. I know that David Bowie was nearing his final days, but I saw that Miguel Ferrer (Albert) died in January from cancer as well, and I thought that it was definitely possible that Bowie found a way to secretly help film a few scenes towards the end of finalizing his album... maybe I'm being overly optimistic.

Annie's absence suggests that agent Cooper' s return will have nothing romantic about it. Remember that Annie is the reason Dale crossed the curtain to the Red Room in the first place. She can't be a part of this. The story is way past any return to an old lost fleeting infatuation.

I suspect the Annie is dead at the hands of Mr. C., right after he raped the comatose Audrey.

Whilst I would love (and literally scream at the TV) if Bowie appeared, I'm not holding out any hope. Maybe he'd appear as a Skype conversation? I don't think that's too out of the realms of possibilities. But Bowie recorded videos for his final album because that was one of his priorities, not to mention his family of course. So having time to squeeze in twin peaks would probably be a stretch.

I do think it's possible other actors may appear. Even Ontkean. But in today's world of social media, it's nearly impossible to hide such things without an extra or another actor being cryptic about it online or sharing some imagery

Reportedly Bowie was quite tired at times while making those videos. He could barely  get through them.

"Hell even Donna Hayward maybe."

An interviewer asked D. Lynch about L.F. Boyle not being in FWWM, and the new show.

D.L. : "You can go ask Lara Flynn Boyle about that. Donna's not in this story."

The only hope with Bowie is that Catherine Coulson died 4 months earlier and shoted some scenes anyway.  But the chance is small

I think there is a hope to see David Bowie, maybe for a short scene.

Yes, he did the Lazarus video on the very last months of his life, and at the same time, he was also often in NY Theatre Workshop for the rehearsals of the musical show with the cast.

He even found enough forces to record few demos.

I know it's very very sad that David Bowie passed away, that we will not see him in TPTR but c'mon let's face the music! He will not show up cause he isn't in official cast list. They kept everything in secret except for full cast so if there' s no Bowie in it, we will not see him in the series. Sinple as.

No chance.  LFB's extensive plastic surgery has pretty much torpedoed her career.  Even if she wanted to do it, I don't think she would have been asked.

For as much emphasis as they're putting on the relationship between the Truman brothers, it makes me wonder if Harry will have a tiny cameo at the finale whether it be for good news or bad news. Michael Ontkean is officially retired, but then so is Everett McGill and Lynch managed to sweet talk him into coming back for a little bit.

I'm not holding out any hope for a Bowie appearance, but would definitely be thrilled if he just turned up. I'm just almost positive it won't happen.

It would be interesting if he had one last phone conversation, maybe with Coop or Gordon, for which he could have just recorded lines into a tape recorder.

Even so, if I were a fraction as productive as Bowie was while dying of cancer, with or without a stealth role on Twin Peaks, I'd die a pretty darn happy guy.
