but he had to have had the suspicion more solidified in his mind hearing Diane use the taunt phrase left for Cooper when Agent Desmond disappeared. ( "Let's Rock" )

I would have thought the text messages between Diane and the other person were proof enough for Albert & Gordon.

The words "let's rock" didn't seem to have any effect on Albert or Gordon.  I find it unlikely that they will ever discuss them again.

This was an episode heavy in call backs: Audrey, sheriff's car pulling up outside the Palmer house (complete with Angelo Badalamenti's score), references to Jeffries and Desmond, Harry Truman, the key to room 315.  I think Diane's "Let's Rock" was simply another of example of these.

An alternative interpretation could be found if you think about what Albert says immediately before Diane agrees "...maybe the satisfaction of learning what happened to your friend Cooper."  Given that "Let's Rock" was linked to the disappearance of another member of the Blue Rose Task Force, she may have chosen them more carefully in a hope to further convince Albert & Gordon that she was happy to be involved.

Boy, I'd certainly think so. How can it be an accident? Direct tie to Chet's disappearance.

Gordon and Albert have good poker faces, so I would think the use of "Let's Rock" rang their bells even if they didn't show it.

Again we assume Dianne is working against the Blue Rose team. The fact that the question about Las Vegas was they haven't asked yet? Make me think though only a slim hope that she is working with a good Jeffries who is monitoring Mr. C and not trusting the Blue Rose team fully or thinking there is a leak in the team.

I am still concerned about the person Mr. C was talking to that he thought was Jefferies and began to realize wasn't specifically said "So I can be with Bob again". The woodsmen seemed to remove Bob, so now where is Bob and how will this aid that voice. My pet theory is it is Mike . But that is diverging.

I have a slim hope Dianne is playing a long good game but not trusting anyone so getting info from all sides.

I am in agreement with you after last night's episode. I also think that Diane is simply not giving away her hand too soon.  I am still anxious to find out who she is texting tho!!

In the blue rose meeting Diane is wearing the outfit she saw Mr C in. If the blue rose scene happens that day after seeing Mr C then Cole and Albert wouldn't fully know she is up to something.

Honstley now I can't recall what she was wearing when she got the Vegas text. If it's the green shirt when she got the coordinates and looked up Twin Peaks then that's a whole different time line than the red leather shirt with the long black skirt. They start suspecting her around that time.
