Before entering the car Dougie-Coop notices Mike, who is telling him to come to him. After that Dougie-Coop enters in the limousine with a box.
For me it was Mike's plot the ganster's dream and the box. The box itself keeps the secret from both brothers and us, though we supposed the cheque was Dougie's salvation.
