I was genuinely surprised to see how toned Kyle's upper body was when the doctor removed his shirt. I'm rather jealous that someone so many years older than me can have such a better physique.

Is there any chance I can hire his personal trainer?

And as a bonus, if I could get an appointment to see Naomi Watts, that would be great too.

Be careful: telling an older person they are in great/excellent shape is frowned upon these days 🙂

If you're a millionaire and can stay away from intoxicating escapades, a beautiful body isn't such a hard grasp. Imagine a personal trainer, massages, reflexology , tailor-made diet and I could go on. A body like that is to be expected.

Yes, it must take a lot of money and a lot of discipline.

Apparently, though, it's actually unhealthy to have 6 pack abs. To have six pack abs, you have to get your body fat down to an unhealthy level.

Dunno about that; my 6 pack is a memory now.  Some guys I know who used to do the shows took a lot of risks with their fluid levels, just to get the right sort of sculpted look.  I never went that far; I just wanted to stay in shape.  Unfortunately, arthritis claimed me in recent years, so a spell in the gym is agony.

I can remember though, that it's a very silly thing to overdo it on the pecs.  Feels like an elephant jumped on you, when you wake up the next day.

Does that mean that my strong physique, albeit with an ever-so-slightly elevated belly means that I'm in Peak (no pun intended) fitness?

I'm happy to say you're beautiful and perfect if it makes your day 🙂

You've made my day. You've made my month. Now, I just need to believe that you're credible and honest. If that is achieved, well, my ego has been funded and faith in life and beauty maximised. The problem is that you haven't glanced upon my pug-ugly mug!

Poly, according to my doc.  I believe that's both of 'em.  I'm a born collector. 😉

I'm in great health right now. Three years ago, I was limping like a fucked victim. A biologic medication named 'Entanercept' CHANGED my world. It's hard to obtain. However, if you want a 'hit', I'll send some lavender your way... 😉

Hehe, thank you.  I'm being extremely careful with my meds; I take a variety of stuff and I'd rather stick with what I have.  At the moment I'm managing the pain quite well - that's probably due to the warm weather as much as anything - and I don't want the risk of upsetting the balance.

I do appreciate the offer, though.

I sometimes get knee and neck pains. Anyone got any morphine I can inject?

Mrs Therapy has some DiHydroCoedine and I have some Tramadol, if they're any help.  If they don't kill the pain, you'll at least not give a rat's ass about it.
