Honestly, I'd rather gouge out my eyes with a rusty fork.

Ok,

How about a picture of James Hurley mid climax?

I for one would rather have a bush experience as opposed to inducing a painfully blinding tetanus-inviting experience. You're missing out, sir!

How about a Doc Marten's in the knackers?

Did that stuffed animal remind anyone else of the Arm?

The 'orb/atom' shaped robot head of this teddy bear was mentioned in connection with the Laura orb which emerged after BOB's appearance incapacitated the giant and his head began lose its 'gold-brown'.   The connection with the arm would make sense here, since it was 'the arm' which introduced Laura to Cooper in first dream of the red room(giving the clues about the music, birds, arms, etc.) in season one, which seduced him completely, making him wake up and dance crazily with a wild look in his eyes.  So maybe the orbs are something like ideal objects of excessive enjoyment/investment(Laura seduced everyone easily, etc.), with which the (left)arm of the person relates to in its attempt to pursue relations with it(for example: BOB needed to be fully 'in' Laura, wanted to fully appropriate the entire atom as a positive reality, factual property he could manage).  But of course in the attempts of a person's arm to relate to an atom, behind this is 'no stars/atoms', the inconsistency/impossibility of reality(sub atomic flux, etc.), and impossibility of the relation to the orb(Laura, father, etc.), thus pain(there is fire where you are going, searching for Briggs, etc.).

Now, for Johnny and Richard, this orb is the obscene father figure from dumbland, thus their impossible family relation and masculinity in relation to the dysfunction of the Sylvia/Ben relationship(and corrupted world in general).  Sylvia ties up and tortures Johnny and Richard(revenge against Ben taken out on kids, they are not allowed to be 'men' because of all the pain that came from Ben), while Ben ignored, cheated on, and hurt Sylvia, maybe doing more off-screen, leading to her excessive revenge which tortures the 'kids' there.............

Watch that scene again and try not to hear Chewbacca. It's impossible. F.A.C.T.

Doesn't work for me.  I can proudly state I haven't ever seen an entire episode of the Star Wars franchise.  Parts of, yes.  That was enough for me, thanks.

I'll never get people "proud" to never see star wars.

As bad as those who need to tell you "I've never seen one episode of got" for no reason at all.

Well, seeing as you seem to have a bug up yer butt about it, I'll tell you why.  It's really simple...

Star Wars was everywhere in the late 70s, and being the oldest of a large family, my younger siblings were absolutely stark raving crazy about it.  It was almost impossible to avoid.  Somehow, I managed it, which is something of an achievement.  Achievements are generally regarded as something to be proud of.  And, having seen bits and pieces of it over the years, I believe I made the right decision.  It's pants, utter pants.

As for "No reason at all", well in this case, there was a reason, since a character from Star Wars was being discussed.

See?  Really easy to understand when you remove the bug from yer butt.

Edited to add:

I don't even know what "Got" is, so I could hardly be proud of avoiding it.

No bug in my butt. Just more of an eye roll.

And it's a self achievement. There's no reward for avoiding something that's generally accepted as being cool.

Got is game of thrones. For some reason people like have a self given badge of honor for not watching it.

Are you always this obnoxious or are you making a special effort, just for me?  Either way, it's proper getting on my nerves.

Not being obnoxious at all. If it came across that way I apologize.

It reminds me of Laura as a orb, maybe that's what it is representing? Also, Laura would say something like this to Johnny when she visits him.

EEEP! I'm not sure if I'm thrilled or horrified that you have brought this thread back from the dead.  That bear with those teeth FREAKS ME OUT! I had forgotten.

Never forget................
