Taking the Antlers, Deer/Bucks are relevant to the mythology of the show. Celtic and other Pagan's viewed these creates as messengers from the other world. Is Gordon receiving cryptic messages in the form of drawings? As in, he draws, and what comes to him is a message he has to decipher?
In context of The Matter of Britain, these animals can also represent "mankind's spiritual quest" Deer symbolize the powers in nature not easily subdued. They can known to represent individuality, instinctual energy, and regeneration. Deer is important to Greek Goddess Artemis, as well as the obvious things she was the Goddess of, she was known for being the protector of young girls. We see plenty of abuses and misfortune to young girls in this new season (and LAURA). Hundreds more connections across cultures for Deer/Stags/Bucks, just a quick wiki search will sate your needs.

Maybe some tenuous links here, but also may highlight some intended symbolism.

Antlers.

Trees, Karen.

Pieter always knows something....

?

Haha. No, I agree those are antlers but they look more like trees growing out of the animal's head to me.

I think they're antlers. Back east, it'd be called a "five point" animal, since there are five prominent points to the antlers on each side. Out west, we'd call it a "ten point," because there are ten total points.

Anyway, I think that maybe the antlers are kind of like the fingers when Gordon was explaining "yrev" to Tammy. Whether a five or a ten-point, they look like antlers with five points on each side. Both sides appear to match/correspond, but there is one point on each side that doesn't line up or is inverted....

That's what I thought of when I saw it, anyway.

I was just watching some recap/review videos on youtube and I noticed there's a red device next to the drawing, like some kind of voice transmitter or one of those portable radios from the 90s.

The funny thing is that a renowned painter like Lynch, drew something like that ?

An arm. 7 dots. Trees?

Hi Pieter,

You don't have to have a point, to have a point.  You dig?  😉

Me and My Arrow:

"Me And My Arrow" by Harry Nilsson

Me and my Arrow
straighter than narrow
where ever we go
everyone knows
it's me and my Arrow

Me and my Arrow
taking the high road
where ever we go
everyone knows
it's me and my Arrow

And in the morning when I wake up
she may be gone
I don't know
and if we make up just to break up
I'll carry on
oh yes I will

Me and my Arrow
straighter than narrow
where ever we go
everyone knows
it's me and my Arrow

Me and my Arrow
Me and my Arrow
Me and my Arrow
Me and my Arrow
Me and my Arrow

Me and my Arrow
straighter than narrow
where ever we go
everyone knows
it's me and my Arrow

In a period of drug-fueled creativity, Nilsson came up with the idea while exploring the woods near his Laurel Canyon home. "I was on acid and I looked at the trees and I realized that they all came to points, and the little branches came to points, and the houses came to point. I thought, 'Oh! Everything has a point, and if it doesn't, then there's a point to it,'" he explained.

😉

There's also some myths with deer with firey antlers, so I'm not sure if we're going to be able to narrow it down...

I am so happy to see Arrow; great song, great memory! How I loved Harry Nilsson, but I digress. I like the Buckhorn allusion, and what about Deer Valley?

Ok, so let's all agree that Gordon, Albert, Tammy and Diane are not what they seem..
and Gordon knows way more than we think

I couldn't be the only one wondering if we'd get a Big Lebowski/Jackie Treehorn moment there with Gordon's doodle.

Gordon Cole likes Rammstein, maybe he'd just been listening to Leichzeit.

The antler's and the eye look very similar to the two trees and the hole where the liquid is poured to open up the portal to the lodge.

the hole looks like the mouth of Johnny Hornes's toy.
