Regarding the new cast, Anybody knows how many new actors? I just wonder how many new characters will be introduced? As for the names I'm aware of Monica Bellucci (excited to see her! I think she will play herself in Paris), Charlene Yi and Horace from Quinn MD:)
I actually have been keeping a list of original characters, and you almost got them all. The ones yet to show up are: Gersten, Jumping Man, Big Ed, Louie “Birdsong” Budway (according to her name tag, actually credited as Desk Clerk, played by Bellina Martin Logan), Audrey, and Julee Cruise (Roadhouse Singer).
As for new characters, I haven't been keeping a list but I know there aren't very many left; all the actors I had heard of have already showed up.

She's the eager desk clerk at the Great Northern who alerts Ben Horne about the arrival of M.T. Wentz. She later checks in Catherine/Tojimora and, mistaking them for MT Wentz, calls Norma at the Double RR to alert her.
She didn't appear again. In the rest of the season, Randy St. Croix was the desk clerk. However, the actress who played Louie went on to play the Woman with No Name in the last episode of On the Air.
