We get another scene where Lucy has a comedic interaction with someone and seems to mean very little

but then, after last week where we see a scene where Andy and Lucy talk about a chair we then get a big plot point come from a different chair. Before that we get them talking about a bunny and now we learn about Jack Rabbits Palace.

This week we get Lucy and Chad. And Lucy talks about waking up and not knowing what time it is.

And I realized a lot of plot lines don't interact. As someone pointed Andy to question about the hit and run doesn't get to talk to the guy and no one reprimands him.   What if the hit and run story is on a different timeline?  That means all the Richard stuff takes place a different time than the Truman/briggs/hawk timeline.

In turn, what if the whole Dougie story is on a different time line than the Evil Cooper story?  Dougie's only connection to another story is the key Jade sends to the Great Northern.   Ben only talks to Jerry, Beverley and his wife on the phone. What do they talk about?  Richard.

i think the Dougie and Richard stories happen at a different time than the evil Cooper story.

Now I assume the difference in time is probably only a few days but still...

i imagine im missing something, but remains to be repeated: Lucy and Andy scenes hold the key to the show.

Yes, I agree that Richard hit and run probably takes place at a different time, as well Andy waiting for the farmer and all the subsequent events seen in part 10. We also got some clues about that, I hate to quote and repeat myself, but I also started a thread with a theory about this and basically it's based on the day of the month shown in Andy's watch while he's waiting for the farmer, which was a 10 (presumably 10/10, which is 12 days later Truman and Hawk's visit to Betty Briggs).

As for Dougie and Evil Coop' plotlines, it gets a little bit harder here, as at least the very beginning is tied up, considering that the Doppelganger had to go back to the Lodge (and had the car accident) when Coop got out of it, at 2.53. So at least those two moments were tied. I guess you can say that the two storylines move at a different pace, but again, the events in the last two episodes seem tied, as we know DoppelDale calls Duncan Todd to ask if he had killed Dougie.

I am firmly behind the idea that the hit and run takes place around the 8th or 9th of October. Hawk's investigation is currently on the 29th of September and the other timelines are at or near that with the questioning of Hasting's most likely taking place on the 29th also.   The watch really gives that away. I think that when the portal opens on 10/2, whatever happens, is going to mess up Richard well and that triggers what we have been seeing in this other timeline.
