How did you celebrate The Return?  

I was nervous to watch it when I got home.  I didn't want to be let down in the slightest and just accept it as "at least its more T.P.".  I love Lynch's body of work as well as BOTH seasons of Twin Peaks (outside of the James Hurley lovers quarrel side plot in season two).  I was disappointed with Fire Walk With Me, but not to the extent of some other fans.

I got home from work Sunday night to the sight of our living room in our small apartment being converted into the Black Lodge/Doughnut room courtesy of my girlfriend.  We watched the first two episodes (gotta pace ourselves) and I am so happy to say that -excuse me- is a damn fine return to Twin Peaks.

How was your Sunday night?  Did anyone hesitate briefly after such a long wait like I did?  Did anyone else get teary eyed? Laugh?
