My family have been fans of Psych for a few years - already have Seasons 1 thru 4 and wanted to get Season 5, so found this box set on eBay. Steve Franks has created and written a show with intelligent humor and developed great characters along with some cleverly themed episodes spoofing pop culture, e.g. - Season 2 "American Duos" which is a reference to American Idol, or Season 4 "Bollywood Homicide" which features the theme song in Indian. The main characters are perfectly cast in the form of James Roday as Shawn Spencer and Dule Hill as Burton "Gus" Guster. We enjoy all of the recurring cast as well as the special guests featured in each episode. You can check out an episode on USA Network, but nothing like having the DVDs without any commercials.

I purchased the fifth season of Psych to add to my DVD collection. It was well worth the buy, as it was half the price on ebay than it was/is at retail stores!!! This show is hilarious, literally making use of "all of the law, and none of the order". The banter between the two leads is just priceless, and I really where the writers took the development of the characters of the co-stars, along with some twists and turns along the way.Read full review
A great show that both the 12 year old kid and the parents enjoy! A superb combination a great casting, great writing, characters, detective mystery line and slapstick comedy. Season 5 may not be my favorite season, but still worth every penny, especially with competitive eBay pricing! We watched the first four seasons on streaming Netflix, but with the DVDs, we also get to enjoy the Bonus Features. For any new viewers, I recommend starting at the beginning, and if you can get a super cheap deal (maybe $15), definitely go for it!
I got this for my son, he loves this show and let him have it was very nice, what can I say about this product, simply nothing bad, it's pack very nice, very easy to use, all the dvd are mark well, if you reading my lines, just buy, there is nothing negative to add. Enjoy
Well there isn't much to say about this product except for it is the single greatest thing of all time along with the other seasons of Psych. I like everything about this product: The special features, the deleted scenes and especially the episodes. James Roday and Dule Hill are fantastic and really shine while other cast members such as Maggie Lawson, Tim Olmudson and Corbin Benson help highlight the comical and satirical feeling that the show conveys.
