I don't know what does it means.

Too many Lincoln's for my brain.

I really appreciate the detailed approach you're taking here (and in the Mr C journey post).  And the visual aids are great!

The only one of these I noticed on my own was Mr C driving the Lincoln.  I interpreted it as a kind of pun: Mr C (an elite Frank Booth) driving a Lincoln is analogous to Bob "driving" Dale.  Significant in this regard is Dale/Richard shouting "Leave her alone!" at Judy's, which is what Jeffrey Beaumont says to Booth just before the "love letter" speech.

Your post reveals even more Lincolns, however.  I think this ties into the theme of liberation/moksha that I detect throughout the series.  Significant in this regard is the Chief Joseph section of Secret History, where the renowned Native leader is implicitly compared to Moses.

About the TV version of Dune movie :

Universal Studios released an "extended cut" of the film for syndicated television; this contained almost an hour of cutting-room-floor footage and new narration (this time by a male actor; Virginia Madsen had narrated the theatrical version). Such was not representative of Lynch's intentions, but the studio considered it more comprehensible than the 2-hour version. Lynch objected to these changes and had his name struck from the extended cut, which has "Alan Smithee" credited as the director and "Judas Booth" (a pseudonym which Lynch himself invented, inspired by his own feelings of betrayal - a reference to Judas the disciple and John Wilkes Booth who assassinated Abraham Lincoln) as the screenwriter.

In Blue Velvet, Dorothy Vallens lives in an apartment on Lincoln Street.

This is the place where Frank Booth meets her.

I've been gone for a while, but logged in today to read the lively conversation.  I'll add that I just retired from  - yes, Lincoln Elementary School.  Ready for a rewatch and more discussion!
