Just watched the last bit of the last episode of the original series.

Now I  know why Mr C has Windoms brief case/computer thingy and why he is so cold and calculating like Windom.  And why Mr C knew about  FBI styff etc ........ BECAUSE HE  IS MADE FROM WINDOMS SOUL!!!

I've always thought Bob made Mr C, but wasn't thinking about how he said that he (Bob) would take Windoms soul. As soon as that occurs we see the Mr C doppleganger appear and chase Coop down.

Sorry if everyone already got this but have I've never seen if posted.

I'm excited!

Plus Mr C knows the thumbs up greeting. He knows Phillip Jefferies because of when Windom, Jefferies, Coop, Albert, Cole worked together. ... and Diane too!

Windom hated Coop so much and this would account for him raping Diane and Audrey and sending Annie crazy, because Coop loved all of them.

And in S3 E 17 Mr C goes back to the red room and burns in flames like when he was made.

I like it. It definitely fits in, even though I doubt Lynch was a big fan of Windom since I don't believe he was involved in his creation.

Could be. I have always thought of Mr. C as the dark side of Cooper, or something like that. It is sort of important to how I think about the show that he *is* Cooper in a meaningful way.

However, if you want to run with this Windom idea, the bonsai tree in the glass box room could be another bit of evidence.

Even Mark Frost seems a bit dismissive, via Albert, in TFD. But I have to say its a great idea and the synmetry is there.

Hello again ☺

Further to your observation about the bonsai......

I was asked on facebook today "how  did Mr C  know the the people at the sheriff station ?"

Windom listened in through the bug in the bonsai  and so Mr C would've recognized the voice of Andy etc byt Andy then says " Lucy! Look who's here!"  And then introduces Sherrif Truman.

BTW,  where is everyone lately?

Very quiet around here....

Personally I think you're overthinking with this whole theory but if it works for you it's valid.

Sometimes not even David Lynch knows what the meaning of stuff really is. That's what's great about the abstract and surrealism and as we're at the subject David Lynch's work and particularly Tein Peaks.

My theory is a simple one. So much as the Black lodge is the mirror image of the White lodge, Bad Cooper is just the malignant evil side of Dale Cooper.

That idea sounds entirely plausible to me.      It's easier to agree with it than to try to disprove,   in my opinion.

Partying for a week straight was easier in my youth,   but I can still rock with the best of them at times   =p

Thank you. I think Caemerons addition of the bonsai really seals it!
