Just an idea, but could Girl (1956) be Linda?

I noticed strange marks on Tikaeni Faircrest's legs. Maybe that's why "Linda" needed a wheelchair in present day Twin Peaks?

If that's Linda, I'm sure she's not the same one mentioned in the current timeline. Could be that she's Linda and Boy is Richard, and we're cracking our heads with Horne and the woman we haven't yet seen.

I think she's Judy.

The girl has got to be The Log Lady.  Look at her knees.  Her age is perfect.  It can't be Sarah, she was 11 in 1956.

How do we know that the scene occurs in TP? Could it be near the nuclear blast site? AZ?

Who moved to TP and wasn't a lifer?

The scene is definitely New Mexico.  But anyone could move, come on.  Especially anyone infected and maybe trying to distribute more eggs in the world?  (Yes, let's switch on our alien invasion mindset now, this is what the show has become)

No I meant which of the TP residents were lifers.

i.e. Lives there whole lives in TP, no move there.

So if you are a lifer TP you aren't one of the kids.

Yeah I know, but we wouldn't have info on many people's origins.  Someone said Leland originated in TP, but I didn't ask where he got that info.

I think whoever got crawled in by the bugfrog must turn evil somewhat though, otherwise what's the point, right?

And we don't know that many evil TP residents.  All quirky, but not evil.

That picture shows her DOB as 1940, right? That girl wasn't 16 years old, but rather younger, so it doesn't like she's Margaret.

Definitly too young to be Margaret. I'm still going for either Sarah or Linda.

The girl was clearly not 10 years old, so not Sarah.  My only doubt that it's not Margaret is the fact that they are in White Sands, New Mexico.  Margaret would have been 16 in October.  The girl is definitely a teenager allowed to be out at night and walked home by a boy.

I think the girl could possibly be Ronette's earth mother and the bug creature the physical manifestation of the white ghost woman who spewed the orbs and killed the couple watching the glass box.

If Phoebe Augustine was playing Ronette (I'll assume she was) she told Cooper to get out before her mother comes.

In FWWM Ronette prays in the tram car and asks her mother? to see her and forgive her and then an angel appears to free her.

Possibly Ronette has 2 mothers...the "girl" from ep 8 and the white ghost (bug creature).

Another possibilty is that the bug was Bob and "the boy" grows up to be adult Bob (Frank Silva) altho this would cause timeline problems since Leyland said Bob possessed him when he was a boy at Pearl Lakes.

If it turns out to be Sarah, I find myself wondering if the kiss the boy gave her will be of any importance. If the bug makes her pregnant of Laura, the kiss might be an explanation to her naive little mind.

Or maybe the girl is the Log Lady? Just guessing as she doesn't look anything like any of the adult characters.

That kiss is key from my perspective. Having experienced carnal love makes her willing to accept the creature and the perfect target for the creature itself.

We know that sex moves the events in the series (Leland raped Laura, the two guys in 03x02 having sex and therefore being brutally killed by the experiment).

Once you are willing to let you go, Bob will take you completely.

Damn i cant decide who the girl will be from the characters we know! or maybe she is a new character. Also the 11 years must be something more not just random.
