Any meaning of those scenes on monitors during phone call?

I'm wondering whether someone has any theory about those two shots that sneaked in the prison CCTV. One of them looks like some TV cooking show while the other is scene from some shoemaker workshop. I have single one association - Dale's missing shoes... 🙂
